PRIVACY POLICY
H2H Draft is built to let people play free head-to-head draft games as guests or create an account for saved progress, stats, leaderboards, friends, follows and other account features. Cash Play, where available, requires an account and additional eligibility checks.
Information we collect
- Account information such as username, email address, profile details and optional phone information.
- Gameplay information such as ratings, wins and losses, draft picks, match records, friend requests, follows, blocks and private-room activity.
- Presence and technical information used to show whether players are online and to protect the platform from abuse.
- For Cash Play where enabled: eligibility, age, identity, location, payment-status and responsible-play information needed to determine whether a player may participate.
How we use information
We use information to operate H2H Draft, authenticate accounts, run matchmaking and live games, save stats, support friends and follows, prevent fraud or cheating, provide support, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform.
Guest Play
Free Play may be used without creating a permanent H2H account. A temporary anonymous session may still be created behind the scenes so live multiplayer can function. Guest sessions do not receive the full account features available to registered players.
Public profile information
Registered-player usernames, profile details, ratings and certain gameplay statistics may be visible to other registered H2H players. Public matchmaking screens are designed not to reveal account usernames during the pre-match ready screen.
Service providers
H2H Draft may use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, payments and identity verification. Current or planned integrations include services such as Vercel, Supabase, Google Sign-In and, where Cash Play is enabled, payment and identity-verification providers. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose to play as a guest when that option is available, update your profile information, manage friends/follows/blocks and contact us about privacy questions. Account deletion and other privacy requests may require identity verification.
Children and Cash Play
Cash Play is intended only for eligible adults age 18 or older and only in locations where H2H Draft has enabled it. Free-play access may be subject to additional age restrictions or parental requirements depending on applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as H2H Draft adds features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are posted.
